Jai Jalaram is made by devotees, out of faith and love for Jalaram Bapa, for prayer and darshan only. It is free to use and is not run for profit. It is independently developed and maintained by 13KBS.

No connection with the temple

This is not the official website or app of the Jalaram Bapa temple at Virpur or of the Virpur Temple Trust. Nobody here speaks for the temple, the Trust or the family. The name and picture of Jalaram Bapa are used only in devotion, never to suggest approval by anyone.

What we do not do

• We do not collect donations or payments of any kind.
• We do not sell merchandise, prasad, tickets or bookings.
• We do not show advertisements, sponsored content or affiliate links.
• We do not write or publish about the private life or family lineage of the saint or of any living person.
• We do not ask for money in the name of the temple.

We respect the rights of individuals, families, temples, organisations and creators. We do not mean to claim anyone else's material or to suggest approval by anyone. Your privacy and data

We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Here is plainly what we do with your data.

• What we collect: (1) Anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as which screen is opened and which language is chosen. Google may use a device identifier and your approximate location (city and country). (2) Only if you turn on reminders: the notification address your browser gives us for your device, your time zone, language and the reminder times you pick.
• What we never collect: your name, phone number, email, contacts, exact location, photos or payment details. There is no sign-up.
• Why: to see how the app is used so we can improve it, and to send the reminders you asked for. Nothing else. No ads, no profiling, and we never sell your data.
• Who handles it: Google (Analytics and our hosting and database) handles it for us, and it may be stored on servers outside India. We share it with no one else.
• Your consent: tapping a language on the first screen means you agree to the anonymous usage statistics. Reminders are separate and start only when you turn them on.
• How long: reminder details are kept until you turn reminders off (they are then deleted) or your device stops accepting notifications. Usage statistics are kept only as long as needed to understand how the app is used.
• Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw your consent, or name someone to act for you. Turning reminders off deletes your reminder data at once. For anything else, or to complain, message us on WhatsApp or email info@13kbs.com (both below) and we will reply within 30 days.
• Children: the app is for everyone, but we do not knowingly track or target children. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.

Terms of use

The app is free, for your personal, non-commercial devotional use. It is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always work, stay available or be free of mistakes. We may change or stop it at any time.

What you must not do

• Copy, re-publish or sell the app or its content, on any app store or anywhere else, for money or for ads.
• Present it as the official app of any temple, trust or family.
• Break, overload or misuse it, or add hidden trackers or payment features to a copy.

Ownership

The app's code and design belong to 13KBS. We claim no ownership of the saint's name or likeness, of traditional devotional texts, or of other people's videos and material, which stay with their owners.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using the app, being unable to use it, or relying on the temple information in it.

Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts in Gujarat will hear any dispute. We may update this page, and using the app after a change means you accept it. The date is shown below.

Your own discretion

By using this app you accept that its content is for general devotional and informational purposes, and that you use it at your own discretion. Please verify important matters through official sources.
